iCOM – a new name for a new age
We started life as a media management company establishing a national reputation for big product based business solutions delivered with small company passion. Twenty-four years on and iCOM has become two businesses – Print Management and Reward Solutions which can interface collectively or individually with clients. We comprise 27 people based around the UK and at head office in Cardiff.
We cover the whole of the UK and whilst we love the benefits of modern communication technology, we still place great value on face to face communication with our clients and suppliers. We believe passionately in our mission statement which embodies our personal and corporate values and shapes the way we do business:
“Investing in people and products and driven by performance that positions us in mutually profitable relationships”. This is reinforced by our Investors in People accreditation (since 2001) and ISO9001 Quality and 14001 Environmental accreditations (2011).
Today iCOM Print Management deals in specialist electronic and printed media for businesses as diverse as financial services and the NHS. We manage the whole cycle - consultation, design, procurement and logistical processes with one purpose in mind: improved performance and cost reduction for our clients.
iCOM Reward is a slightly younger business and evolved naturally from it’s publishing roots in the early 1990s. Through the mid-nineties until 2007 we specialised in workplace communication pioneering low cost, effective media channels in the employee environment. This still remains a vital competency in all we do today, but we have added CONTENT to our COMMUNICATION skills in the form of Benefits and Reward solutions for public and private sector businesses
